Prismatic privacy information Prismatic creates a random Support ID and a private device key on your PC. The private key is encrypted with Windows user protection and is not uploaded. The service stores the Support ID, public key, app version, first/last contact times, access settings, and recovery-code hash if you enable recovery. No email or customer account is required. Your Support ID identifies your installation; it is not a login secret. Keep your recovery code private. Changing computers requires that code or assistance from the owner. The service processes IP addresses to serve requests and limit abuse; its own rate-limit records contain a daily salted hash and expire shortly. Hosting providers may retain operational/security request logs under their policies. No hardware serial number, friend list, Riot password, or game chat is sent to the Prismatic access service. Game integration uses the local League client on your PC. Local diagnostic files can include game paths; inspect a support export before sharing it. Updates are checked over HTTPS and verified against Prismatic's signing key and package hash. Previously authorized features can work offline for up to 24 hours. Feature changes and updates wait for a safe boundary outside a match. The service is free at this release; no payment information is collected. Uninstalling retains settings and your private recovery/identity data locally so reinstalling does not accidentally lose access. Use the Prismatic community support channel, with your Support ID, to request assistance or deletion of service records. Do not post your recovery code publicly.
